The University of Johannesburg have undertaken to install Biometric gates and CCTV monitoring cameras in order to accommodate significant transactions from students effectively at the Doornfontein campus. A project sponsor (Gauteng government) have approved a project - building a community recreation center in Eldorado Park in Johannesburg. The project charter has been signed off and brief given to the project manager who will execute the project. The local community who is the end user of the project have their own specific interests and requirements which are not in congruence with the brief that has been received.
