Introduction Queue simply as the line of people awaiting services or product. In economic term it is simply as the demand exceeding supply. The thoughts that comes from the people minds when they hear or see queues are long lines, annoyance, waste of time, inconvenient and unpleasant. All these words are negative and people want to eliminate or minimize this perception caused by the effects of queue to get the customers satisfaction. Managing queue are more complex than people can imagine so the people came up with the queueing management systems. In the business such restaurant, market, bank, public transit, hospital and etc. people get fall in line just to wait to be served or to buy or get the product that the customers want. Some customers decided to leave or not to join the queue if they knew that it has a lot of people falling in line because some customer value their time and they want don't want their time to be wasted. It has bad effect to the business resulting customer's turnover. The customers tend to switch service or product just because customers are not satisfied or not convenient on how the business control the queued customers.
