REFLECTION Name: MARY CRIS E. ELLAR Topic: Module 2.4 NO LIMITS Speaker: MR. EMMANUEL VALERIANO Through this module 2.4 – entitled NO LIMIT with the facilitator sir Jay Valeriano, I proudly say that I learned more on his topic. The Special Education is referring to customized instructional program/service designed to meet the unique needs of individual learners who difer from societal or because of diferences due to signifcant physical sensory, cognitive or behavioral characteristic that may necessitate the used and specialized materials, equipment, services and or teaching strategies. So in other words, it is the practice of educating children with special needs in a way that addresses the individual diferences and needs. Though they are disabled children they have also the right to have a quality education like a normal child. So we as teachers, we should not neglect these children, because as a matter of fact, they need more love, care and patience from us. I learned also that Special Education has ultimate goal, it is the integration or mainstreaming of learners with special needs to regular learners....
