1. Introduction The Requirements Elicitation is the process involves a set of activities that must allow for prioritization, negotiation and collaboration it also the process of seeking, uncovering and elaborating the requirements of our chosen online shopping website/app that involves a variety of techniques, approaches of performing them. Present a comprehensive approach of important aspects, aims to gather information about the website/app and give some insight on the number one online shopping which is Shopee and analyze the product scope, functional and non-functional requirements. The type of the system and the purpose of the project significantly affect the way in which requirements elicitation is conducted.

1.1 Document Purpose The purpose of the document is to conduct some information, learn and analyze the function of online shopping website/app. It is generally understood that requirements are elicited rather than just captured or collected. Also, we will create a detailed list of functional and non-functional requirements regarding the system that they have. Provide information about the website its use and operation. This document is about the Shopee ecommerce platform. 1.2 Product Scope Product scope is pertaining to Shopee a Singaporean e-commerce platform headquartered under Sea Group, which is a global internet company founded in 2015 by Forrest Li. Shopee first launched in Singapore in 2015, and

expanded its reach to Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and brazil. Shopee is a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. With a variety of official shops and trusted market place sellers. It offers convenient and seamlessly shopping to users or consumers. Shopee has a wide range of products that based on the categories and varieties. It is a platform tailored for the region, providing customers with an easy, secure, and fast online shopping experience through strong payment and fulfillment support. 2. Specific Requirements 3.1. Functional Requirements 3.1.1. Login page The Login page is outside of the secure area of the system and allows the user to log onto the web application. The user can view the store and add their order to shopping cart but only the members can proceed to checkout. For login functions, there is an area to input the Username and password for the account protection of the registered users, password will be encrypted upon saving into database. In case the user members forgot their password the system provides the link to reset the password which will be sent only to member's email.

3.1.2. User Registration Every parson can view the store but only the members can checkout it become control by administrator. For being member of website, the customer needs to register for membership. 3.1.3. User Profile The User Profile page is area that given user maintains his /her own information. The user can only change his/her password required. The user can browse and search the item and add to shopping cart and can checkout and also the user can edit profile that include change shipping address and details. 3.1.4. Item Selection Customer must be able to view his/her orders history. Each customer must be able to view placed order status. Customer should be able to validate and confirm their invoice. 3.1.5. Browsing through item The customer will be given a web interface which allows easy browsing through the different rooms. Basically the items in the shop are well Organized and well-presented so that a user can find his enquired item easily. 3.1.6. Administrative Administrative must be able to add/modify customer. System must be able to accept orders from the customer via email or online form. System must generate pro forma and customer invoice against an

order, system must be able to view order history of a customer. System must be able to validate and manage customers order against payments. 3.1.6. Administrator Control page Web Portal Administration, the admin can edit the catalog details, and also can add new items can delete items, can change price can see feedback. The system can push notification to every member of online store. User Administration this includes registration processing, user deactivation, user suspicious and required password change. Website Statistics this includes number of users, usage reports, upload reports, download reports, and performance metrics. 3.1.7. Online Shopping System Security One of the most important point in web base systems is the security especially for Online Shopping and the protection of the asset from hackers and attackers. 3.2. Non-Functional Requirements 3.2.1. Operational Requirements The website or application of Shopee can run or use on different kinds of browsers in your mobile phones or pc. For running this up just make sure that you are connected to a WIFI or mobile data because if not, you are not allowed or you cannot run this app or website.

Shopee’s mobile application are available to install and run to different versions of android as well as in iPhone phones or IOS. 3.2.2. Performance Requirements Shopee’s performance is absolutely perfect because it is always updating you when your parcel is going to deliver or has been get by the courier, and they always reminding you for the upcoming promos or sales like 9.9 and 10.10 that has been happened last month and last week. 3.2.3. Security Requirements Shopee guaranteed that they will protect both buyers and sellers against to the prankster or fraudulent transactions that is possible to happen to keep mobile selling and shopping safe and secured. 3.2.4. Cultural and Political Requirements For the user’s goods, Shopee use different kinds of language base on the user’s location or country, for them to don’t have any problems or experience difficulties while using their website or applications.
