BILAO NI JAZ 1. The concept of “Bilao Ni Jaz” is about Philippines Delicacies, promoting and enhancing the quality of the food to make it more presentable to the customer's eyes. 2. Secondly, the menu design and prices are appropriate in the food serving because they serve the dish in big slices which is worth how much the guest will expense for their food. Menus are easy to read as well. 3. Because of the pandemic the marketing strategies nowadays are also similar to how students can cope up with their studies. The marketing strategies of Bilao Ni Jaz is promoting their products with the help of social media like facebook page and so on. 4. The menu design shows the different packages of recipes that the Bilao Ni Jaz offers. 1. Nakakaasar na Sarap - this menu is for solo order which includes the rice and beverage. 2. Panghimagas and Pampalamig - a filipino desserts such as nilasing na halo-halo, leche flan, etc. Then for pampalamig they offer buko pandan samalamig, black gulaman which is common to filipinos and this is also an all time favorite drink of every filipino when the summer comes. 3.
