The name of the 2 files you submit should begin with your team number. You find your team number in the Excel file “Seminars Teams”. Instructions for the Written Report: 1. Find a strategist that inspires you. It can be someone from the business world, arts, sports, or any other field. 2. Write a 600 words report (bibliography excluded) with the following: a) State why you have chosen this strategist. b) Identify three characteristics that you think make him/her a good strategist and explain why you think these are characteristics of a good strategist. c) Provide an example of a situation in which this person exhibited one of the characteristics you have identified. d) Use APA or Harvard style to add references in your work when needed. e) Include a bibliography. f) Add a note with the word count (bibliography excluded). g) List the names of the team members.

Instructions for the Presentation in Class: 1. Prepare a 10 minutes presentation based on your report and your learnings from your research and work. 2. Not everyone in the team has to present. Although everyone should be ready to present.

Your grade will be based both on the written report and your presentation in class. You are expected to present your own thoughts and opinions in a clear, relevant and supported way. You should show synthesis skills and depth of analysis. Note that summarizing or describing is not the same as analysis. You are expected to be engaged in the class activities, to contribute to the class discussion and to pay attention to your classmates....
