RATIONALE The San Isidro School Community will celebrate its 10th Foundation Anniversary on February 28, 2019. On the 28th day, 2019 is the scheduled date for the Search/Pageant Day for Lakan at Mutya ng SIES. In the morning will be the talent competition and in the afternoon will be the pageant/search and coronation. The search for Lakan at Mutya ng SIES is a competition of beauty and talent. The candidates will showcase their extra ordinary skills in singing, dancing, reciting poems

and other talents that will make them standout. Furthermore, a Question and Answer portion is scheduled so that not only their skills in Arts and Music will be judged but also their wit and intelligence. III.

OBJECTIVES A. General Objectives: 1. To showcase the talent and intelligence of SIES pupils through the Search of Lakan at Mutya ng SIES 2019. B. Specific Objectives: 1. Enhance pupils learning experience not only in the academic aspect but also through arts, music and media exposure. C. DESCRIPTION The search is open to all SIES male and female pupils from Pre-school to Grade VI. There will be two levels of competition. Level I for Pre-school to Grade III and Level II for Grade IV to Grade VI. A registration of P500.00 is solicited from each candidate to cover the expenses for materials needed in the search and for funding support to some projects of the school.

3. MONITORING AND EVALUATION An evaluation after the conduct of every activity/ies in the school through conferences and meetings is called by the Principal. This aims to assess the success, strength and weakness of each culminating activity.
