For individuals Insurance exchanges, with the brozone, gold, silver, platinum allows for more Americans to achieve coverage, as well as they have to charge equal for men and women and cant deny based on pre-existing conditions. Legal citizens who are uninsured will be able to pay for insurance by tax breaks or by being covered on Medicaid, which is expanding. Were paying for all this through taxes on Americas who can afford it, insurance companies and the healthcare industry. CON Major con, the affordable care act has caused a government shutdown.
