Sponsorship Proposal – Porter Airlines Background Ontario Volleyball is a non-profit organization that focuses on the sport of volleyball. We have programs for ages 5 to 18. We are located all over Ontario, and have both indoor and beach volleyball. We are open to all participants and offer different programs for each age group, gender, and level of competition. 

Mission: The OVA is an association where dedicated volunteers and professional staff provide leadership in the growth and development of volleyball for all Ontarians



Vision: The OVA will word towards making volleyball one of the preferred sports of participation, showcasing the sport for all Ontarians, and being recognized as a leading sport organization in Canada

Packages What we can offer Porter Airlines is to be a Co-Sponsor for Ontario Volleyball. Porter will also be our only way on transportation, for any competition or tournament that requires us to travel by flight. 

When traveling we will use our social media to show that we are on a Porter Airline flight



Luggage will have Porter Airlines logo



Marketing Opportunities What is different about being a sponsor with Ontario Volleyball is that we are based in Ontario. All of our camps, clinics, and competitions happen in Ontario. However there are still some great marketing opportunities. 

Being on flyers



Being on signage at competitions/games

You would not only be marketing to the participants of Ontario Volleyball, but also spectators. Such as parents, friends, coaches, and other colleagues. This is a great opportunity to market Porter Airlines because Ontario Volleyball does not go outside Ontario. This way Porter Airlines becomes that outlet to leave Ontario, to go on vacations or trips that you would not usually go on.

Financial Ask We are asking Porter Airlines for $500,000 a year, for 1 year. Our reasoning behind this ask is: 

The money will help for our teams travel expenses



Porter Airline will have exclusive travel rights to any championships



Porter Airlines will be known as the company that Ontario Volleyball uses for travel


