INTRODUCTION This logbook was made to evaluate the level of wellness of myself and my friends by combining all of the information provided with the results of the tests. Some health examinations are required of us, such as: • Bleep test • 7-level sit up test • 1 -minute push up test • Sit & reach test • Body mass index test

I'll discuss the data based on the test norms that my classmates and I took. These examinations are simple to complete and can be done at home or on campus.

PROCEDURES BEEP TEST 1. Place markers 20 meters apart. 2. Position yourself, or athletes, at one of the markers. 3. Press the start button of the Beep Fitness Test app. 4. Run 20 meters to the opposite marker, getting there before the next beep sounds. 5. Wait there until the beep sounds before running back to the other marker. 6. Repeat this process for each shuttle until you are unable to keep up with the beeps. Remember, you must wait for the beep before starting the next shuttle. 7. When you miss a beep you must continue to run to the marker in front of you, turn at the end, and try to catch up with the pace within 2 more beeps. The test ends when you fail to reach the opposite marker for two consecutive beeps. 8. Your final score is the last level and shuttle you completed before missing a beep.

7-LEVEL SIT UP 1.The person lies on their back, knees at right angles to the floor, and feet flat on the ground. 2. The participant tries to accomplish a sit-up, advancing through the levels in the picture below while keeping their feet on the floor.

Norms of the 7-Level Sit Up

1-MINUTE PUSH UP FOR MAN 1.The goal of this test is to complete as many push-ups in one minute as possible. Arms straight, elbows locked, body straight, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart with fingers facing forward, and both feet on the floor are the beginning posture. 2.Begin the push-up by bending your elbows and lowering your body until your shoulders are below the level of your elbows, then returning to the starting position on the word ‘go.’ Pausing to rest is permitted only in the up (starting) position.

FOR WOMAN 1.Lady, bow with your back straight and your hands on either side of your chest on the floor. 2.Lower your chest to the floor, holding it at the same level each time, until your elbows are at the correct angles or your chest touches the floor.

SIT & REACH TEST 1.This test requires you to sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Shoes should be taken off. 2.The feet’s soles are pressed flat on the box. Both knees should be locked and placed flat on the floor, with the tester holding them down if necessary. The individual stretches forward as far as possible along the measuring line, palms facing downwards and hands on top of each other or side by side. 3. Make sure both hands are at the same level, with neither stretching forward further than the other. The person extends out and holds that position for at least one-two seconds while the distance is measured after some practise reaches. Verify that there aren’t any jerky motions.

Body Mass Index Test BMI is calculated from body mass (M) and height (H).

The greater the score, the higher the body fat percentage.
