Description

Structure: 1. Through his speech, I think the speaker has pretty good opening through the attention getter where he or she used the example to write the word … 2. Goal: A specific goal statement for an informative speech usually specifies whether you want the audience to learn about, understand, or appreciate the topic. I understood his goals statement that he wanted the audience to know about the topic name 3. Another point he used successfully get the attention of his listeners, to keep their attention his will need to motivate them to listen to him speech. he can do this by creating a clear listener relevance link, a statement of how and why his speech relates to or might affect him audience. 4. Effectiveness of the speech: •

Critique: 1. My only criticism is that when he told the audience to write the word laugh as an attention getter, it was a little difficult to understand just from the voice. If there had been any videos or photographs to accompany the illustration, I would have felt more related to it.

2. Another point to consider is that I couldn't find any speaker credibility in the address....
