Description

Summary of weighted scoring model and their results. The weighted scoring model provided in the ‘weighted scoring model.xls’ file illustrates that there are total of four projects which are being compared and there are total of five criteria on the basis of which these projects are compared.

The criteria for evaluation of the projects are Team work, Availability of required resources, Time limitation, Skilled employees, and Scope domain with weight score 25%, 10%,10%,15% and 40% respectively. Thus, it looks from the score that Scope domain is the most valuable factor to determine the success of a project.
