One of the tools may be technical analysis which helps to study the market action, primarily through the use of charts, for the purpose of forecasting future price trends. The movement of the scrip price and its behavior can be explained in a more illustrative form by using the technical analysis. It provides better insight and also to take decision on the investment. It considers only the actual price behavior of the market or instrument.
