On AliExpress payment is done through Alipay, credit cards, MasterCard, Visa etc. It is world’s third largest online shopping platform.It offer products which include women & men’s clothing, phone &accessories, computer &office, electronics, health &beauty,automobiles accessories, and many more. E-commerce Business Model: AliExpress started as B2B(Business to Business) platform. It has expanded to business to consumer (B2C) and cloud computing. It directly connects businesses with buyers so it is mainly B2B model. AliExpress also offers dropshipping as Ail dropship and it is easy to do because it does not charge any fees for it. We can also dropship our products from AliExpress to Amazon if we fulfil amazon dropship policy. Banggood is the top competitor of AliExpress limited. Banggood competes in the Computer & Electronics Retail field. Banggood generates 88% the revenue of AliExpress limited. AliExpress's revenue almost doubled for a year. AliExpress can ban the products which are against their rules and regulations. They have guaranteed products that are verified by the AliExpress but if you are still unhappy then you can get refund. Revenue Model: It is often used by websites that attracts huge amounts of traffic. Ali express don’t follow advertising revenue model as they are showing the ads of their own shops and products for sale. Aliexpress makes money by charging commissions as a percentage of the transaction value of goods sold. The commission range from 5% to 8% of the transaction value . Ali express offer sales model where wholesalers and retailers sell their product over the internet.
