Description

The epic serves to demonstrate the development of a nation or race, as well as one of the firsts texts that contemplate the idea of death, or as mentioned in the text, the embodiment of the unknown. By making marks, italics, or brackets, I would bring attention to these missing pieces and hopefully be able to portray the train of thought, or how the knowledge or understanding develops. Questioning things is part of human nature, and choosing to “smooth over,” or deny the missing pieces, would be a betrayal to our own essence. It is alright to be curious, and we should be. Questioning things, or contemplating them, should be part of the process in order to develop or own beliefs or thoughts....
