Time Management – Recording Hours Worked Humber College uses a direct deposit system for ALL employees. For payroll purposes, the week begins on Saturday and ends on Friday You are required to submit your hours online using the following website: https://timemanagement.humber.org:8080

Hours worked must be submitted by 10:00pm on the dates listed below (every two weeks) in order to get paid on time. It is the tutor’s responsibility to match entries online with (https://timemanagement.humber.org:8080/) and http://mywco.com/humberpeertutoring. They must match to be approved for payment. Peer Tutors working in the Accounting, Math or Writing Centre will use an email timesheet instead of http://mywco.com/humberpeertutoring/ for their time entries and will match their timesheet with https://timemanagement.humber.org:8080/. The Time Management website ONLY loads using the Humber network. Do not try from home. Your Time Management User ID and password will be provided by the Peer Assisted Learning Support office. If you do not have one after two weeks of signing your contract, please contact [email protected].

The office will approve your hours. Again, your student learner must be registered with our office before starting tutoring. Remember, we w will ill not approve hours beyond the three allowed per student le learner arner per week, unless prior permission is given.

Client Report Form – One to One Tutoring and In Class Tutoring For all tutoring sessions (one-on-one and in-class), Peer Tutors are required to complete a session report (called a client report form on WC Online). The session report includes:  The student learner’s name (client)  The date of the session  The exact time the session took place – for example, 1:00pm to 2:00pm  The tutor’s name (staff or resource)  The course code for what material was worked on (assignment)  The extent that the student appeared to motivated to succeed in the course  The challenges which led the student to looking for assistance  Your perception of the student’s challenges in the course  And remaining comments such as the location of the tutoring session, the teaching strategies used, potential outcomes etc. In order to get paid on time, there must be a client report form attached to every appointment you have on WC Online during that pay period. Peer Tutors are always able to make changes to appointments on their WC Online schedule. To create a Client Report Form (Session Log) log in to http://mywco.com/humberpeertutoring/ and view the schedule, go to where the student learner’s appointment is listed.

Instructions on how to complete a client report are found in the WC Online Training manual.

Timesheet deadline dates are Fridays with the exception statutory holidays that land on a Friday, and then the deadline will be the Thursday prior to the holiday.



An employee must not work for more than five hours in a row without getting a 30-minute eating period (meal break) free from work. As is the case for most employees of Humber College, breaks are unpaid and must be subtracted from the total hours listed on the timesheet if the shift is more than five hours in a row.



An employee must not work more than eight hours in a day.
