1. Four (4) reasons of high transportation cost (freight and passenger). Transportation is vehicles or way of any activity that moves people or goods from one point to another point or destination to satisfy the needs and wants. The advances in transportation has made possible changes in the way of living. But the cost of transportation is to high for a daily life, this is the reasons why the the cost of transortation for freigh and passenger is high. First reasons why cost transportation of freight and passenger is high because the intended distance of destination. When the destination of freigh and passenger is far that make the cost become high because the energy that make the transportation move need to use a lot to arrived at the destination. For example the airplane need use a lot of energy sources, such as fossils for burned the vehicle engines for bring the freight and passenger to one destination to another destination. As we know the cost of fuel sometime get down and get high, this can give some impact in the transportation cost. When the price of fuel get high the cost of transportation will also high. Second reasons that make the transportation cost high for freight and passenger is the mode of transportation. There are many tipe of transportation that you can use so selecting the right of mode transportation is important when to use it, because we need to consider the transit time and the cost associated that has releted with the mode of transportation you choose. For reduce the time, we need to use the faster mode of transportation, but the faster transportations usually has a higher cost. For example, when you buy goods or want to go somewhere that far destination, usually airplane has been choose as the transport because it move faster and can reduce the time. But not every transportation suitable for every activity so slecting the right transport is very important. Third reasons freight and passenger has a high transportasion cost is size of freight and size of transportation. For the freight the size of its maybe affecting the cost because the bigest the freigh it take a large area to take it to another destination with safely that make the price of cost high because it cant bring many freigh with faster to the destination. But for the passenger usually the small transportation have a high cost compared the bigest transportations especially the land transportation. For example, small bus has a expensive fee than the big bus because small bas cant carry more passanger and more comfortable than big bus that make it more expensive.

Last but not least, the reason of high transportation for freight and passenger is the cost tax of transportation. When passenger and fright use the transportation services they must pay the tax of transportation that has been set by the government. Usually in Malaysia for passanger they need to pay 6 % for the tax of transportation that they use, but for freight the cost tax transportation usually depends weight and the distance of the freight from the destination to send. But each country have a different tipe of tax and price of tax that they need to pay. For example in malaysian, the bus company that providing bus service need to pay 6% of tax transportation to the government. 2. How to reduce the transportation cost for freight. As we know the transportation cost for freigh is high so we need find the solution for this problem. This is the way that we can take to reduce the cost transportation for freight. First way to reduce the transportation cost for freight is use diffferent modes of transportation. Became more flexible withe the modes of transportation can help to reduce the transportation cost. For example shipping the freigh with the ship is less expensive compared the airplant. Using the ship for the shipping is more late to arrived than airplant, but it can help you to reduce the transportation cost because it more cheap. But usually shipping using ship more suitable for bigest freight because ship has a large area than make it more easy to take the freight to the destination but late. Second way to reduce the transportation cost for freight is avoid buy the goods separately. This is because

when you buy goods sepaarately it will make the cost of

shipping get high. For example you buy goods at the online shopping, when you pay the goods and the shipping and the next day you buy again you need to pay the cost of shipping two time. But if you buy once the cost of shipping will be combine so you just need to pay one shipping only. Through this way you can save the money, from the the transportation cost because you reduce the shhipping fee. Third way that you can take to reduce the transportation cost for freight is buy the goods that near you place. This is because the goods that from the far place have the high tax transportation and shipping than the goods that you buy near you place. For example you shopping in online shopping that the product from other country, the goods needs to be send by airplant and next by truck to arrived to you place. As we know the airplant cost is more expensive than other transportation so the cost is high and than the labor service also include when you make the payment of shipping that make it more expenses. The longer the distance more expensive the cost but it also depends the mode of transportation that used.

3. How to reduce the transportation cost for passenger. As we know the transportation cost for passenger also is high same as the freight cost so we need find the solution for this problem. This is the way that we can take to reduce the cost transportation for the passenger. First way to reduce the transportation cost for the passenger is timely planning and sheduling. Ensuring the timely operations can reduce the inefficiencies that can avoide unnecessary cost. Leverage scheduling software to plan operations such as transportation schedules, will help to reduce the transportation cost. For example booking the flight ticket early can make the price more cheap than usually, but you most remember and arrived early to airport before the time scheduled to avoid missed the flight. It will make you spending more money. Second way that you can take to reduce the transportation cost for passenger is transportation for use diffferent modes of transportation. Same with the freight become flexible with the mode of transport can help to reduce the cost of passenger. For example when you want to go somewhere that far, using ship servics is more cheap than the airplant ticket but it will take a long time to arrive to the destination. But not every place have a ship servics so if the place that you want to go is don’t have many option, you don’t have a choose beside choose the expensive transportation. Third way to reduce the transportation cost for the passenger

is share the

transportation. This method is more aimed at the personal transport, because when you use the use the personal transport alone, there are many cost need to be borne alone. For example using the car to work can give high cost because you need to buy oil car and maintenance the car alone . As we know the price of oil car is not cheap, sometime it is expensive. But if you share the transportation you can also share the cost that you borne alone, this give many advantage to many people.
