Class Activity – Use Case Diagrams

You can work on this in groups of 2. Include the group member names if you are working in a group. ATM Machine Description: A customer can use ATM machine to check balance, deposit fund, withdraw cash and transfer funds. The ATM technician can maintain and repair the ATM machine.

Use Case Diagram:

An Order Management System: A customer can make an order by using an order management system. He can place either normal order or special order.

Use Case Diagram:

Library System Description: Patrons can use library system to search library catalog in order to locate various resources - books, periodicals, audio and visual materials, or other items. Patrons may reserve or renew item, provide feedback, and manage their account.

Use Case Diagram:

Telephone Catalog System: The customer and the salesperson can check the status of the telephone and place an order. The shipping clerk is responsible to fill these orders. The customer and the supervisor can also establish credit in the telephone catalog.

Use Case Diagram:

Sales System: A customer and clerk can check out an item through sales system. This involves scanning the item, calculating the total and the tax and doing the payment. There are four types of payment. It can be done cash, credit, debit or by cheque.

Use Case Diagram:

Cellular Telephone Use Case Diagram: System: Cellular network and the cellular user can place phone call and receive phone call. Both can also place conference call and receive additional call. In addition, the user can use scheduler.
