THE CULTURAL ISSUES THAT AFFECTED THE DISNEYLAND PARIS OPENING. While opening the theme park in France, Disney made many mistakes in realization of the culture in France. They just brought US culture in France without even thinking about the consequences and revolts that might have caused. US forced their way of life over the French one, and this was viewed as an assault to French practices and customs, bringing about fights from neighbourhood home and ranchers. First, there was an overall misconception of the French culture both the lifestyle and legal aspects. For instance, French habits and traditions were totally ignored. For example, breakfast was not severed in the park, whereas it is an important part of the French culture. Moreover, they did not allow the alcoholic drinks in the park, but in French culture they used to have a glass of wine during their every main meal. The top administration made wrong suspicions, which drove them to take wrong administration choices. In respect to this they had made various policies and dress codes which did not meet with the French standard of work. This was because top management was handed over to the Americans and were incapable to fix this from the beginning and made the situations even worse. So, they hired the local officials and French people to manage the park, they would have had the option to survey these social contrasts in a more productive manner, keeping away from a particularly social conflict. Secondly, it was underestimated that French culture resembled the US one. The assets and the staff were allocated in the incorrect manner because the peak days were totally different from those in America. This prompted an absence of staff in packed days and an excess of staff in void days influencing productivity and benefit of the park negatively. Moreover, they also assumed that French people would travel to the park with their private transportation, which was wrong as people used public transport instead of their own transportation. So, to overcome this situation they looked at few aspects like which are the peak days and then allocate the staff and resources according to it. Moreover, the parking they made for private transport was changed and more parking lots were made available for the public transports.

Third, instead of giving priority to fundamental value they prioritized moneymaking venture. They thought that French people interest in overnight stay at theme parks, but it was just opposite to it. So, the high investments in the hotels were a big risk. Moreover, the tickets were also set at high prices. So in respect to overcome this situation the price for the day tickets and hotel rooms were cut by one third. In nutshell, social elements are critical for the achievement of any business and to ignore and to assault other customs and customs can be ruinous. Prior to starting a business effectively grounded in another country, the organization needs to do an extremely profound and designated statistical surveying to comprehend both the way of life more likely and how that equivalent business can adjust to the distinctive sort of need customers in the nation may have. An organization should utilize social contrasts to enjoy a serious upper hand over other amusement stops and make it one of a kind, not just a duplicate of the all-around existing ones.

As it is believed that human have a responsibility of protecting the nature like sky, land, and water which in turn helps the humans to have safe future for all. Firstly, we can display the nature and the landscape of the country. Something that joins New Zealanders is their adoration for the regular excellence of their territory. Outsiders are typically struck by how pleased they are of their country's unimaginable scene and climate. There is a solid social and political will to save the indigenous habitat. We can display the painting of the landscapes. This will also provide the public with the information on the local cultures also as the landscapes also depicts the stories itself. Moreover, we can open the restaurant that will serve the local food in the old style. We can build the structure like the building used to be back in time. By doing such we will get support of the local also as they respect their heritage, and this will further attract the public from different countries. Moreover, we can display the drama and the music of the local area. New Zealand dramatization, both in front of an audience and screen, has been tormented during quite a bit of its set of experiences by cost and absence of well-known interest in New Zealand culture.
