Dispositions are the values, commitments, and professional ethics that influence behaviors toward students, families, colleagues, and communities. Dispositions affect student learning, motivation, and development as well as the educator’s own professional growth. Part 1: Dispositions Self-Assessment Survey After reviewing the Professional Dispositions of Learners, complete the "Dispositions Self-Assessment Survey."
