The Worker

Conflict Resolution Every path will have a barrier; it may be difficult or simple to overcome, but it will always lead to the same destination. Obstacles that make each target and destination more important. Like everyone else, I've had a fair number of challenges, but I've overcome them all so far. In our group, we did not encounter any conflict but if we had a conflict before, I think it would be easy for us to solve. Knowing my groupmates, they are resilient and they are good communicators, So having that characteristics, I believe there will be no conflict that our group will not solve as fast as we can. June 4, 2021 Dear Mr. Dillon: Perhaps your company is seeking to recruit the talent of someone that can grasp complex concepts, roll with the punches, and contribute to the success of a product's performance. If this is the case, then please accept the accompanying resume for your review and consideration for a marketing associate position in which these strengths and diverse experience will be of value. Mock Job Interview Before the mock interview, I have prepared myself in a certain extent that I searched all the possible questions that can possibly be thrown to me during the interview and I practiced being interview by my friend, I acted like

2

the applicant and he asked me questions just like a representative from the Human Resource Department. When the interview started, the interviewer shared some points that every interviewee must practice for example greeting and waiting for the permission of the interviewer for us to sit down. I myself was confident but quite nervous because the interview itself was in English and even though I studied and practiced a lot for this interview, there will alaways be jitters from the start and that’s what happened to me. I am stuttering introdocing myself but as the interview goes longer and longer I built my confidence and I must say that I did pretty well on answering the questions thrown to me. After that, we proceeded to the evaluation. The interviewer pointed out the good points first. She commended me for having a good communication skills though I stuttered at first but she pointed out that I express myself well in this interview but one thing that she noticed the most was my lack of eye contact. Honestly that is my main problem when talking to other people. I tend to look at something while talking not not realizing that I am not looking at the eyes of the person I am talking to. But there’s still a lot of rooms for improvement and I am rooting for that. Lastly, I wrote down all the points the interviewer said for my portfolio and I prepared myself for the next class. Part 2 : Immersion Proper Journal for Chapter 1 A quantitative research study is familiar to us since we used to have research subjects when we were in junior high school and that requires a quantitative research.

3

But, choosing a topic for our study became much harder than before because of the current situation here in country. We have a lot of ideas in our minds that we shared in the group but some are not attainable and possible to conduct due the limited resources due to the pandemic. Then, we came up to the topic about memory retention and font color because it is very timely and relevant since most of the students are exposed in different types of gadgets and they acquire knowldge through powerpoint presentations and ebooks or learner’s materials. Since grade 7, doing the Chapter 1: Introduction of a research is the hardest part of a research study for me. Since this is the first chapter it will be the one which the readers will see first after the title. This is where the readers get the ideas about your study. This must contain all the necessary informations like a complete package that will surely make the readers know what your study is and how important your study is. In the making of this chapter, we were able to divide the parts of it equally. We created a poll and choose what part do each member prefer to make. We assigned a specific deadline for submitting what we’ve done for each part that we chose to make. After that, we carefully check each part and compiled it then passed to the research adviser. As far as I remember we did not encounter any shortcoming in this chapter all of us were familiar about research and on how to make each part of this chapter. Journal for Chapter 2 Review of Related Literature is one of the most important part in creating a research paper it includes literature review, related studies, and synthesis these are the importants in creating RRL. First things is Literature Review states the purpose of

4

writing, includes the scope or coverage of the Review, present the organization of the reviews content. Followed by Related Studies it includes general and specific objective of the study, Research design participants and instruments used, Major findings related, Conclusion, and weaknesses of study 1 that we're addressed by study 2. And lastly Synthesis it includes reinforcement of research gap, statement your study attempts to address the identified research and lastly relationship of literature review with specific objectives or research question of your study. Based on my experience in creating Review of Related Literature it needs a lot of perseverance and patience because you have to find out legit sources that are connected in our study but honestly we really don't take much time in Creating RRL. It's simple because there's a lot of source and references that are related in our studies. With the help of my groupmates we divided the task so that we can finish quickly and take advices to the past researchers. Journal for Chapter 3 Research Methodology, I might say that this is one of the chapter that our group finished the fastest. Since we encountered this before, we know what each part should contain and since we know the topic well, we are sure about the methods of data collection that we will use and how the data gathered will be analyzed. In doing this chapter, like what we did in the past chapters, we divided the parts equally and we let each member choose which part would they want to make. We were given a week to finish our assigned task the we compiled it then finally double checked if there is any grammatical or typographical erors present in the paper.

We chose grade 12 students as uor respondents because they are the closest to us since we are in a same grade level. Our group takes a lot of time on deciding about the set up or the videos that we will present on the respondents. Like on what will be the time interval for each video, what are the words that we will use and how will we conduct the experimentation. Journal for Chapter 4 In this chapter we applied what we learned about Data Collection and Analysis on our past grade level and research subjects. We had a hard time on finding respondents since our expirementation took place at messenger and some of the people we asked to be one of our respondents did not reply to us so the data analysis were delayed a bit. The data were gathered through messenger. We sent a permission letter to ask for the approval of the respondent to conduct the experimentation. After that, we sent a video of the words with monochromatic font color and after watching the video we asked them to list down the word that they rememberd then send it to us. Followed by the words with red font color and same procedured was done. Journal for Chapter 5 Honestly this chapter was the fastest that we finished since we have the results and discussion with us. What we need to do was just to summarize our findings, conclude

and

recommend.
