Description

Project Milestone Organizer Topic 1: In the 1.03 lesson it talks about the different stages when growing up. This is very important! It talks and explains what goes on inside the brain when children are growing up. This also helps parents understand how the child's brain is a sponge. This tells us that children from a very young age copy our actions. Parents have to be careful with how they act in front of their kids!

Topic 2: In the 1.04 lesson it talks about self confidence and its pros and cons. Self confidence is great and necessary for us humans, but like my father has told me “too much of something is not always good”. And he is right, confidence can be amazing for self growth and to start new ideas and projects. Being too confident is not good…. When someone is “too” confident they start to get cocky, or are blinded by the fact that they can mess up. He just brags about it and asks people for money to start his business. Johnny doesn’t realise what he is doing now, he doesn't know that he is scamming people because he is so deep into the rabbit hole of “confidence”. He is so SURE that his business is going to work, that he doesn’t sit down and start to create that project, he is in a loop of the idea of this “project/business”.

Topic 3: In 1.05 it talked about personality tests, and how it can be useful in workspaces. The concept was that when you are applying for a job they make you take a personality test and they will analyze it. I think this is very useful, but should not be dependent on. Using a personality test can be helpful to see if the person is good for teamwork, and is a dependable person and all around helpful, but jobs shouldn’t only depend on this to hire someone....
