Site Readiness

There should be a responsible official to accept the items at site and the relevant infrastructure should be ready to carry out the required installation. (It is recommended to use UPS power to connect all equipment to minimize the breakdown of equipment due to power fluctuations.)

Delivery & Installation

Important

Deliveries and installation within Colombo city limit is Free of charge and where equipment has to be installed outside Colombo City limits (25km Radius) traveling cost should be borne by the customer. We will invoice customer for delivery and installation at Rs.25.00 per Kilometer for outside of Colombo city limits. We recommend using License software which confirms to the Governing law of the country. Recovery and transfer of existing data from storage media devices will be carried out at a separate fee and ITS Computers (Pvt) Ltd. Does not hold any responsibility for any data losses taking place during the operation. ITS Computers (Pvt) Ltd. Will undertake the cleaning Viruses from the computer systems and this service would be charged separately.
