If you were to be doing work and not getting paid but people that are doing nothing towards it are you, and you are also struggling you wouldn’t be too happy would you. The money that these athletes bring in go to teachers on college who now make more money than a lot of doctors and the money also goes into random fields throughout the school. I’m not saying to cut out funding for things that need it or to complete cut teachers’ pay but the amount these athletes would be paid wouldn’t really hurt the school at all but would make a huge effect on the athlete and make it much easier for them.
