Other members record and transmit information to the absent member that day 2. Four keys stage of PLC 2.1 Initiating First, when we started to want to do the project, we started to choose members to perform this task and the 5 people we have include: Nguyen Cong Dung, Le Minh Nghia, Vu Tien Duc, Pham Thanh Long and Le Viet Long. Next, we started to learn about the project we chose, from there, we calculated the scope, cost and risk, the project started on 3 October and ended on 13 months. 10. We elect Nguyen Cong Dung as Leader, Le Minh Nghia as Management, Vu Tien Duc as the sponsor, Le Viet Long takes over the transcription of their meetings and Pham Thanh Long will be the person who communicates. customer. Although each person plays a role for the project, sometimes people still help each other, thereby giving everyone a spirit of solidarity mixed with self-awareness with their tasks. 2.3 Executing All preparations are going as planned in the project. When group discussion takes place by group members. Sometimes there was some internal problem with the wrong original plan, we misunderstood this project report it caused us to slow the project down from the schedule shown in the WBS, Gant chart. Moreover, the timing manage of our team is not good so in planning phase we can't keep track the schedule. The normal working process of the group encountered disagreement in the process of working together, resulting in financial difficulties as well as working together in a group with many elderly people working so. The group solved these problems by planning ahead and choosing the group's free time to work so that all 5 people can help and support each other's interactions to understand each other's thinking to speed up work in the project. In the group issue, we look for relevant documents such as Traphaco's annual reports, in addition to other primary data that we collect to help the team understand better and on time be selected so it is quick and easy. Most of the information that the group has found has met the necessary criteria because the group has understood the nature of the project and is going as expected, before that, in the early days of the project, the group misunderstood the project, causing the conflict extremely stressful and anxious. Nguyen Cong Dung - Team leader is responsible for urging and assigning tasks to members, at the same time synthesizing all prepared member profiles, scheduling the meeting and ensuring the highest quality of the meeting. Le Minh Nghia - Head of department in charge of monitoring the members who submit dossiers on time. In addition, the vice-captain is also responsible for creating motivation and balance for everyone. Le Viet Long - Experienced Secretary takes notes, synthesizes meeting contents and writes
report as well as reminds members to complete tasks on time. Pham Thanh Long - team member is responsible for writing marketing content to attract customers so that they understand the purpose of the project. Vu Tien Duc - Sponsor is responsible for supporting 50% of meeting costs and collecting data (if any). We exchange information primarily through Messenger and Discord. But I find Messenger really ineffective because it distracts people while working, people will be distracted when someone else's message arrives. So through Discord, we exchange information directly and can see the faces of our team members so we can convey more accurate information. The leadership style that the group applies is the democratic style, in particular Cong Dung will be the leader. He always asks for opinions and collects feedback from team members before making a final decision. As a result, team members feel more respected and motivated to work, which in turn promotes higher employee engagement and work satisfaction. 2.4 Project Closure Project evaluation: According to the objectives of the project, based on contributions and systematic review to determine the effectiveness, the level of success and the impacts that can affect the set objectives, in addition to synthesizing from the members of the team, besides the elements assessed by the project KPI such as Cost, Quality, Time, our project has basically been completed and succeed. Thereby we have been given a recommendation to deliver to customers. Team evaluation: In general, the team members completed their assigned tasks although at first the group management was not good, everyone worked well together for common purposes so the project looked joint completed. Team members are also respectful of each other's opinions throughout the working process, sometimes there are conflicts, but only small issues, do not affect too much on the project. All team members are highly disciplined, with a common goal of completing the project. In addition, the personalities of the group members match well despite the difference ...
