“Must-haves”

Why?

Job satisfaction

I want to love what I do. I believe in working hard at everything I do in life and if I love what I do, I am more likely to put a lot of effort into my career.

To work for a company that has green initiatives

I am very concerned about how my actions affect the planet. I would like to work for a company that values the Earth as I do.

Nice team environment

When I go to work to do something I love, I do not want the reason that I dislike going there to be because of some unpleasant colleagues.

A short commute from home

The distance from my house to my work would need to be quick and easy. That way, you would have more time to focus on the work than travel time.

Good Working environment

When I go to work, I should feel motivated to solely focus on my work, because everyone around me is working hard.

“Nice-to-haves”

Why?

High salary

I want to be able to provide for my family and give them the opportunity to travel regularly since it is a passion of mine

Benefits

If a job can give me some benefits, it would be easier on me financially to help provide for my family

Communication between colleagues

I need to be able to talk to my coworkers about issues that concern me and need to

have the ability to ask questions or inquiries from the people around me. I would want the distance from my house to work to short and Flexibility of Hours

I would like to work within my own time so that I would be more concentrated on the work if I am able to do it at a time more suitable for me.
