 Students will be asked 15 multiple choice questions from Unit 1 to Unit 3 (Refer syllabus).

The topics for the test will be:  Business Portfolio of Investment Bank  Allied activities of investment bank  IPO proess  IPO grading  Types of public offer  Primary market intermediaries  Role of investment banker in issue management  Venture capital & private equity  Venture capital investment process  Venture capital investment financing  PE valuation methodologies

 Each question will be of 2 marks each.  There will be negative marking for each wrong answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Expected outcomes  Appraise the role of investment banker in financial markets  Comprehend the role of VC and PE in start – up businesses.

Student Instructions 1. Test will be conducted on 20th April 2021 (Tuesday) from 1:00 PM to 1.40 PM on LPU OAS. 2. Web link for OAS is https://oas.lpu.in/. 3. Students are required to ensure that all sorts of Pop – ups are allowed on your browser, else OAS Platform will not work. 4. Students are required to login at proper time on the day and time of the test. The window for entering into the test platform will close within few minutes of the start of test and then entry will be prohibited. 5. No student will be given any second chance. Therefore, you are required to make proper arrangements of smooth internet connection at your end. 6. Do not indulge in unfair means. In case, you shift to some other window/open second window in your browser during the test, then it will automatically end the test....
