1. Reference: Conference Notice dated June 30, 2021 with subject: Oversight Committee Meeting on Anti-Illegal Drugs, Eight Focus Crimes and EMPO. 2. This pertains to the DICTM, UPER/CER guidelines and procedures to standardize the conduct of Monthly performance assessment of PNP Offices and Units. The new parameters are based on the DICTM mandated functions, current programs, activities and required reports. This was also the result of series meetings and conferences conducted by TADICTM and DPL. 3. Please be informed that on July 1, 2021 at about 8:00 AM, PLT RUPERTO MARTON S SAZON, Chief Operations attended the Oversight Committee Meeting on Anti-Illegal Drugs, Eight Focus Crimes and E-MPO via zoom. 4. Further, a briefing presentation was made by different concerned Staff on the following items; a. OTBT results covering the period dates of Feb 15-21, 2021, May 29-30, 2021 and June 21-25, 2021; b. Updates on criminal gangs related to POGO incidents; and c. Presentation on 8 focus crimes using RIDMD/R7 format coming from June 14-20, 2021 vs June 21-27, 2021 and incidents involving foreigners and POGO related incident covering the period of January 1, 2021 to January 29, 2021. 5.
