Employees owe a duty to Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd., its customers, and shareholders to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and confidence of the public.

Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and expects its employees to conduct business in accordance with the letter, spirit, and intent of all relevant laws and to refrain from any illegal, dishonest, or unethical conduct.

3.

This aspect includes proper behavior towards clients, customer and supervisor. If a situation arises where it is difficult to determine the proper course of action, the matter should be discussed openly with your immediate supervisor and, if necessary, with the HR Department and Board of Directors, for advice and consultation.

4.

Compliance with this policy of business ethics and conduct is the responsibilityof every Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. employee. Disregarding or failing to comply with this standard of business ethics and conduct could lead to disciplinary action, up to and including possible termination of employment.

5.

It is mandatory for the employees to have their ID Cards on them during working hours and also when travelling for company’s projects.

If any employee lost the ID card, Rs 400 will be penalized for the new ID Card.

2. Training Program 2.1 2.2

Employee will go through 15 days unpaid training. Company pays a large amount for employees' training, so if any employee leaves the job beforethe completion of one year of joining, double the amount of respective employee's training will be deducted from the salary.

2.2 All employees are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as a condition of employment. 2.3

Employees who improperly use or disclose trade secrets or confidential business information will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and legal action, even if they do not actually benefit from the disclosed information.

4. Access to Personnel Files 3.1

Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. maintains a personnel file on each employee. The personnel file includes such information as the employee's job application, resume, records of training, documentation of performance appraisals and salary increases, and a copy of pan card, adhar card 10th, 12th mark sheet, and account passbook.

3.2

Personnel files are the property of Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd., and access to the information they contain is restricted. Generally, only supervisors and management personnel ofEscalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. who have a legitimate reason to review information in a file are allowed to do so.

3.3

Employees who wish to review their own file should contact the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT. With reasonable advance notice, employees may review their ownpersonnelfiles in Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. offices and in the presence of an individual appointed by Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. to maintain the files.

3.4

Personnel Data Changes:3.4.1

It is the responsibility of each employee to promptly notify the company, of any changes in personnel data. Personal mailing addresses, telephone numbers, number and names of dependents, individuals to be contacted in the event of emergency, educational accomplishments, and other such status reports should be accurate and current at all times.

3.4.2

If any personnel data has changed, it is mandate notify the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.

5. Performance Evaluation 4.1

Supervisors and employees are strongly encouraged to discuss job performance and goals on regularbasis.

4.2

Performance evaluations are conducted to provide both supervisors and employees the opportunity todiscuss job tasks, identify and correct weaknesses, encourage and recognize strengths, and discuss positive, purposeful approaches for meeting goals.

4.3

It is mandate to all the supervisors and coordinators to report the performance data of allthe employees under them, to the HR Department every month.

4.4

If your poor performance leads any loss to company then the amount will be deducted fromyour salary.

4.5

Employees with the poor performance will get warning letters to take a note on theirperformance.

4.6

If no improvement is found in the performance after two consecutive warning, itmay results in termination of the employee.

4.7

Performance of the new joined employees will considered for evaluation after 3 months of their joining.

4.8

Increment in salary will be reviewed after the completion of 1 year on the basis of consistence good performance.

4.9

Awards will be given to the best employee on the basis of their performance in every 3 months.

6. Professional Development 5.1

At the discretion of your manager/supervisor, employees may be able to attend conferences, courses, seminars and meetings, identified through annual work plans and performance reviews, which may be beneficial to the employee’s professional development.

5.2

When these opportunities are directly related to the employee’s position, or are suggested by the manager/supervisor, then Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. will cover the cost of registration, course materials and some travel expenses.

5.3

If company has agreed to pay for a course, the fees will be paid on evidence of successful completion.

5.4

If company sponsors a course (or courses) and the employee departs before the completion ofcourse, the course fees will become repayable in full.

5.5

If any employee left the job before the completion of one year after taking the training program for which company has paid, he/she will be penalized the complete amount of the training program which will be deducted from the salary of the employee.

8. Job Posting and Employee Referrals 7.1

Job openings will be posted on the company website and/or in the email system. Each job posting notice will include the dates of the posting period, job title, department, location, grade level, job summary, essential duties, and qualifications (required skills and abilities).

7.2

Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. also encourages employees to identify friends or acquaintances that are interested in employment opportunities and refer qualified outside applicants for posted jobs.

7.3

An employee should submit the referral's resume and/or completed application form to the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT for a posted job.

7.4

If the referred candidate cleared the interview and joins the company and continue for at least2 months, 500 rupees/per referral bonus will be added to the referrer salary after 2 months of joining.[ APPLICABLE ONLY WHEN STATED BY THE HRDEPARTMENT]

9. LEAVES POLICY 8.1

No paid leave is permitted to the employee .

8.2

Employees can only take leaves after the approval of the HR.

8.3

Leave will only be permitted according to approvals from respective supervisor/coordinator.

8.4

To take vacation, employees should request 10 days beforehand for the approval from the HR Department and their respective supervisors.

8.5

Requests will be reviewed based on a number of factors, including business needs and as per business requirements.

8.6

Employee cannot take any leave before the completion of 45 days of their joining.

8.7

If any employee takes leave or left job before 45 days of their joining, company is not reliable toclear any type of expense or salary of employees.

9 EQUIPMENTS AND MATERIALS 9.1

All the equipment (including portable computer devices) supplied to users is the property of Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. It must be returned upon the request of company.

9.2

All material taken from the company must be recorded to logistic

Any loss or damage to any of the company's equipment or material will be penalized on the employee using or carrying it.

10. 10.1

Attendance and Punctual To maintain a safe and productive work environment, Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. expects employeesto be reliable and to be punctual in reporting for scheduled work.

10.2

In the rare instances when employees cannot avoid being late to work or are unable to work as scheduled, they should notify their supervisor as soon as possible in advance of the anticipated tardiness or absence.

10.3

Poor attendance and excessive tardiness are disruptive. Either may lead to disciplinary action such assalary deduction including termination of employment.

10.4

An absence for one or more consecutive workdays will be considered as equivalentabsents.

10.5

If an employee returns from an absence due to an illness and goes out again due to the same Illness after being at work for no more than one day, then the absence will be counted as continuous.

10.6

Repeated absents will result in verbal counseling, written counseling, and/or suspensionor termination of employment.

10.7

If employees are on absent on last working day and consecutive next working, then weekend will also be count as absents for the employee.

11. Administrative Pay Corrections 11.1

Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. takes all reasonable steps to ensure thatemployees receive the correct amount of pay in each paycheck and that employees are paid promptly on the scheduled payday.

11.2

In the unlikely event that there is an error for pay, the employee should promptly bring the discrepancy to the attention of the HR Department and Accounts Department so that corrections can be made as quickly as possible.

12.

Work Conditions and Hours

12.1

Supervisors will advise employees of the times their schedules will normally begin and end.

12.2

In keeping with Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. intent to provide a safe and healthful work environment, smoking is prohibited throughout the workplace.

12.3

Equipment essential in accomplishing job duties is often expensive and may be difficult to replace.

12.4

When using property, employees are expected to exercise care, perform required maintenance, and follow all operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines.

12.5

The improper, careless, negligent, destructive, or unsafe use or operation of equipment can result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and also employee will bepenalize for the damage of the equipment and material of the company

12.6

If Person is returned in same day then Lodging will not be applicable only food will be provided.

12.7

If person is travel or any other cost increases in above then approval of higher authority/Accounts will be necessary.

12.7 Rates may change if number of days increase from 5 days at same location. Final Authority willbe company to make changes in existing. 12.8 Employee need to follow company above rates if any deviation found during auditing then amount will be deducted from next salary 12.9

Employees are adhere to follow company rules and Norms on above expenses.

12.10 Employee cannot claim if approval was not taken before opting then he will only be responsible for same and loss will be bear by himself. 12.11 Company will reimburse employees for reasonable business travel expenses incurred while on assignments away from the normal work location. All business travel must be approved in advance by the immediate supervisor. 12.12 When approved, the actual costs of travel, meals, lodging, and other expenses directly related to accomplishing business travel objectives will be reimbursed by thecompany. 12.13 Vehicles owned, leased, or rented by Escalates Tech India Pvt. Ltd. may not be used for personal use without prior approval. 12.14 Following points are expected from the employees to consider :12.14.1

Airfare or train fare for travel in coach or economy class.

12.14.2

Car rental fees, only for compact or mid-sized cars.

12.14.3

Fares for shuttle or airport bus service, where available; costs of public transportation for other ground travel.

12.14.4

Taxi fares, only when there is no less expensive alternative.

12.14.5

Mileage costs for use of personal cars, only when less expensive transportation is not available.

Charges for laundry and valet services, only on trips of five or more days.

When travel is completed, employees should submit completed travel expense reports within 7 days. Reports should be accompanied by receipts for all individual expenses.

12.15

Abuse of this business travel expenses policy, including falsifying expense reports to reflectcostsnot incurred by the employee, can be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
