RESULTS AND ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

The organization "My sweet candy" produces sweets and chewing gum and has to know the assessment of customers, for this a general overview was drawn up to quantify the level of compliance and they may want to know the consequences of a report where the circumstance of the product. "My sweet candy" is organized within the structure of Implementation of the Integral Management Policy for this reason concerned about the incessant improvement in its cycles and the techniques applied for each of them giving the compliance of its customers, through Statistics allow us to quantify the compensation given and build contact systems with them. Taking step with the above, general visions of consumer loyalty were oriented in the advance of the formal socialization reviews and the report of responsibility of the administration in power for the year 2016 was completed, in Bogotá Cundinamarca with the limits established in the technical research study of consumer loyalty which motivated the attached review of the studied queries:  Respondents reported great satisfaction with the product offered and provide us with a way to provide enhancements and complementary new flavors.  The client only recommends the company 50% because he is not a frequent customer and has not had a frequent business relationship.  When asked for the description of the products, the customer states that he liked the quality and the good price.  When asking about the rating of the products, the client states that it is very high, this indicates that we are complying with that point of the business that is not very good.  One point that we see that the customer needs is the variety of flavors in the products, a point that must be studied so that the customer does not have the need to look for another supplier that can offer everything "what you need and leave you" 100% satisfied ”....
