Most Visited Tourist Attractions in the World

The attractions are a true spectacle for the holidays of children and adults. The varieties are for all tastes, with a perfect combination of history, fun, entertainment and excitement. Here I name some of the best most visited attractions in the world: Machu Picchu in Peru, Christ the Redeemer in Brazil, Acropolis of Athens in Greece, Eiffel Tower in France and The Great Wall of China.

Machu Picchu is one of the most recognizable icons on the continent and tourism figures reflect it. It is located in southern Peru, on the eastern slope of the Andes. The majestic city rises above the Urubamba valley.

The statue is known as Christ the Redeemer and casts its shadow on about 1.8 million visitors per year. In recent years, this attraction welcomed the huge amount of 14,000 people on the date of religious holidays.

The Acropolis of Athens is one of the most visited places by tourists as it is not only considered an important site in the history of Athens, but also an inheritance of the city and the entire country.

Located in the heart of Paris, the most romantic city in the world, the Eiffel Tower tops many lists of categories, and has about 7 million visitors a year who take selfies under the 81-story building.

Considered one of the largest man-made structures in the world, the Great Wall of China spans more than 13,000 miles. Upon receiving 10 million tourists each year, it is beneficial to know what the best time to visit it is.

In recent years, tourism has been one of the fastest growing branches in the world. In fact, one of people's favorite activities is traveling. And is that, they have left those days where it seemed impossible to take a plane and practically cross the world to reach places that only seemed to be in our dreams....
