Rinne result: AC > BC bilaterally; Weber result: Lateralises to left ear Rinne result: BC > AC in left ear, AC > BC in right ear Weber result: Lateralises to left Antibiotic and steroid combination Ciprofloxacin/dexamethasone (amoxicillin can be used too, but need to make sure that the pt does not have a penicllin allergy) Amoxicillin Only used in pts who do not have a penicilin allergy.
