Description

COM101: APA Assessment (10%) Due: October 11, 2020 Part A (5%) 1. Why should you consider using another source if you can’t find the author’s name? You should consider finding another source with the author’s name, because the source without a name some people may not trust or the information may be false. 2. What is plagiarism? Plagiarism is copying someone else's work word for word and using it as your own. 3. Provide an example of a regular in-text quote, i.e. one that occurs within a sentence you might have written. "Here's an in-text quote" (Gerred 100). 4. What is the difference between an in-text citation and a reference page? An In-text citation comes at the end of a sentence and must have an identical reference at the end. A reference page provides information about the source and where it can be found. 5. What kind of special indentation should you use for sources listed on your reference page: none, first line, or hanging? Any line after the first of each entry in a reference page should have a hanging indentation.

Part B (5%) On a separate page, fix the following to create a corrected APA References page: References
