Scope This application for change of program can be used if you want to change from your current program to another program. However, if you will be completing your current UniSTART/Diploma program and want to change your intended bachelor program to another bachelor program, you are not required to submit this form. You just need to simply send a change of intended bachelor program request to RMIT Connect via: rmit.service-now.com/connect_vn/

Note Please read the following notes carefully Once your application has been assessed, you will receive an offer letter (or decline letter) via your student email account. If you receive an offer conditional on meeting a minimum GPA average, the final outcome will follow the release of your semester results. If you are unsuccessful, you will be placed back into your previous program. If you are placed back into your previous program, you will need to re-select your courses. The University is not responsible for any unavailability of your preferred courses. If you apply during trimester 3 and receive a conditional offer, you should still complete reenrolment prior to completing your new program enrolments.
