Your research topic: Summarise your research for the ONE TOPIC that you researched. Your team should have split up the background research so that each team member only focuses on one topic to research related to your team’s Design Project Topic - for example: Relate your research to your team’s chosen Design Area and Design Project - first explain which Design Area and Design Topic you chose, then summarise your research. Do not think about or research design solutions yet, just background research to understand the problem!

References You should have a least 5 references not from EWB with in-text citations in your writing above, from a variety of different source types i.e., not just all websites. Ensure that all information sources that you have cited in your assignment are listed here in the reference list! Conversely, all sources in the reference list must be cited in your assignment text. Information sources that you do not cite in-text but used in your research and background reading are not included in the reference list – this is the difference between a bibliography and a reference list.
