Single use plan also has three types, which is program , project , and budgets. Our company is Laundry Zone are decided to use standing plan in our company. Standing plan is a plan made for multiple uses. This standing plan is used to guide’s manager decision and actions on recurring problems. This planning also called “repetitive use” because to provide action guidance for future. This standing plan already provides guidelines for dealing with recurring problems. Standing plan assists the company to achieve a coordination in company. Standing plan not only helps in coordination, but it also helps in effective management within a company. This plan also brings consistency, uniformity, and unity between managers and employees. Standing plan helps to achieve the goals even it is unclear but it has policies, procedures, and rules as a complete reference every time there is difficulty to make a decision. Standing plan is also a great energy saving tool because it ha provided a reference framework to deal with recurring situations. This plan help better in administrative control. First and foremost, policy. Policy is a guidelines to make a decision within the organization. Our company Laundry Zone has many policies and one of them is damaged laundry. This policy sets out the conditions that must be implemented during washing. Our company will do everything to avoid damaging customer cloths but we don’t have time to check your pockets to see if customer left anything in them because we can’t guarantee that we will find or return it so, customers must check clothes before handing over to us for laundry service. Second, procedures. Procedures is plan that determines how to proceed to specific situations that arise on a regular basis Laundry Zone also developed its own procedures that must be followed to achieve the goals. For example, procedures on customer’s feedback. Last but not least, rules. Rules is a plan that sets out the actions that need to be taken in relation to the situation. Rules are the nature of decisions made by management on what to do and what not to do in certain situations. Our company develops its own rules that must be complied in order to run the service smoothly. Some of rules are customers are prohibited from placing sharp objects, put food and beverages, handphone, bracelet and other

Motivation is a set of forces that causes people to behave in certain ways. It is also a psychological process that gives purpose and direction to behavior. The purpose of motivation is to ensure that every employee in the Laundry Zone Company does the work diligently. This will ensure that the Laundry Zone Company runs smoothly and perfectly. In Laundry Zone Company we choose motivational theory from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory there are five levels of needs. The first level is physiological needs. Second, security needs. Third, social needs. Fourth, esteem needs and last but not least self -actualization needs.

1) Physiological needs: Managers who focus on physiological needs assume that people work mainly for the money and are primarily concerned with comfort and their rate of pay. For this physiological Laundry Zone provide many requirements for employees so that they work in a comfortable environment. In addition, we give monthly bonuses to employees and give Monthly Employees Awards to raise their spirits while working.

We add CCTV on every major route a nd work area to make sure no thieves come in also to see if any workers injured. Leading is motivating and directing all people in the organization so they can contribute to the achievement of the goals of the organization. This leading has some importance to the company. Firstly, leading can make contribution to organization. Second, organization also can enhance and obtain cooperation. Third, leading also can encourage teamwork. Last but not least, leading can motivate employees to generate good work. Leading have a few approaches. First, is the Trait Approach. Second, behavioral theories and contingency theories. Laundry Zone Company have choose to use the trait approach as a leadership approach. The traits approach believe that we can see the personal characteristic of an individual as the main determinants of how successful that individual could be as a leader. They also believe the leaders are born not made. The researches have taken two approaches. First, comparing the traits of those who have emerged as leaders with the traits of those who do not. Second, comparing the traits of effective leaders with those of ineffective leaders. The results when comparing leaders and non-leaders, it shows that leaders have been found to be brighter, extroverted, self-confident compare to non-leader. However, they have largely failed to uncover any traits that clearly and consistently distinguish leaders from followers. The results when comparing effective and non-effective are shows effective leaders have been found to be intelligence, initiative, supervisory, ability, self-assurance and managerial levels and performance. However, other studied found that effective leadership does not depend on a particular set of traits, but rather on how well the leader’s traits match with the required situation. There are traits of successful leaders as drive. This means that a leader is able to lead himself and his employees towards the achievements of goals. For example, the leader of Laundry Zone Sdn Bhd has succeeded in leading his employees to achieve the main vision for Laundry Zone.
