Participation
All players are required to register in person 30 minutes before registration counter closes. This invitational competition only can be joined by FSR business associates and customers. There will be any fee and charges for join this event.

Registration Fees
All participant will be given a buggy, event shirt, cap, umbrella, goodies, certificate and buffet food for breakfast, lunch, teatime, and dinner. Caddies are optional to participants.

Introduction
Event Overview FSR Golf Invitational 2021 is the first corporate event will be held by FSR Company and will targeted to be an annual event for the company. This event is to reward the trust of loyal business associates and customers who always support and believe the company's direction. The event also for celebrate a successful year in 2020 for the company. The sport of golf chosen is because it’s the most enjoyable and leisure sport for the corporate people.
Event Background As a summary, this event will take place on 30th May 2021 and will be held at The Mines Resort & Golf Club in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This event was not open to everyone and only open to business associates like investors, sponsors, customers and exclusively invited guest can participate in this tournament.

Event Proposal Main contents in the event proposal included objectives of the event, basic information about the event (date, time and venue), details of the event itinerary, work scope between committee members, event rules and mode of play, expenses and budget for the event.

Event Scope Participants The participants for FSR Golf Invitational 2021 only eligible to FSR business associates and loyal customers or received official invitation by FSR. Entry Fee To shows our gratitude to customers there will be any fee and charges for join this event. All participant will be given a buggy, event shirt, cap, umbrella, goodies, certificate and buffet food for breakfast, lunch, teatime, and dinner. Caddies The caddies are optional to all the participants. Mode of Play 18-Holes with 4-Man every group using Stroke Play Format. Prizes/Ties
Champion – Trophy, Gift Hamper and Certificate
1st Runner-up - Trophy, Gift Hamper and Certificate
2nd Runner-up - Trophy, Gift Hamper and Certificate
In case of tie, it shall be settled by count back beginning with the gross scored in the last 9 holes (10th-18th). Then, if still tied, the last 6 holes (13 th-18th). If still tied, the last 3 holes (16th-18th). If still necessary, hole by hole count back starting from the 18 th hole. Tee Off The blue markers will be used for the men and the red markers for the ladies. Tee off times and pairings will be posted on the day of the tournament. Rules of Golf The Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews Rules, the terms of the competition and the local rules of the respective tournament venue or any additional local rules set by the committee shall apply.

Conclusion In conclusion, the success of this event is something that is very important for cooperation and two -way connection between customers and the company in the future. Next, this proposal has covered all the important things to make an event a success such as all the tentative for the event, the work scope for every committee, event scope for rules of golf, and expenditure for the event to make sure this event goes smoothly but if there are any problems or changes, we will immediately notify the participants and if you have any difficulties with the events or have to decline the invitation, please contact our committee immediately. we will include the contact number and email below for your convenience.
Next, this event is also a sign of gratitude to all customers and business associates for the trust given in managing the funds given so if all customers and business associates will be able to spend time in this event it will means a lot and very appreciated by the company.
Lastly, we hope 2020 is not the only year that has a huge impact on the company with the trust of our customers and business associates 2021 will be a better and profitable year for everyone. We hope to be able to meet all customers and business associates again for the next company event.
