Introduction of Astro Malaysia Astro Malaysia Holding Berhad (Astro) is a domestic public listed organization operate in radio broadcasting, digital recreation, and digital media (Market Screener 2020). It has served 5.71 million households 2.4 million individuals, holds almost 16.2 million listeners on radio and 1.8 million registered customers on Go Shop (Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad 2019). As it has been pointed out, the most profitable production of Astro will be allocated into 4 major services which are television programming, radio broadcasting, multimedia interactive, and the home shopping business. The television programming service such as subscription-free television channel （ NJOI ） , prepaid channel and internet pay-per-view package (IPPV) was the most popular choices of the public (Astro 2020). Besides, the Astro radio services, MYFM, ERA, LITE and HITZ are the hottest radio program that the public most listened to the radio. The Astro Box Office Movies and Sports and Events via IPPV to its customers will be also the most common multimedia interaction service provided by Astro. In addition, the commerce platform, Go Shop is also included in one of the most profitable services provided by Astro.

Introduction of Astro Ultra Box Astro Ultra Box is the newly launched product of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad which officially released in November 2019. It was the enhancement version of the NJOI which was size smaller and lighter than the NJOI and some of the new functions was added inside (Appendix 2&3). It was a hybrid system of satellite and internet technologies that include the feature of 4K Ultra-high-definition (UHD) broadcast, the Cloud recording, Search function, Media control function and Multi-Screen function (Wong 2019). The 4K UHD broadcast function provides a crystal-clear picture quality to the Ultra Box users and the visual effect of the 4K UHD is vivid and clearer than HD (Astro Package Malaysia 2017). Besides, the Cloud recording function empowers users to record all the desire programs at the same time but there were only 200 hours of recording space is for free (Suganya 2019). They were able to upgrade the recording space by paying certain money. The search function, media control function and the multi-screen function were also the features that newly engaging in the Ultra Box. There were enormous videos around 50,000 and above can be found in the on-demand library of the Ultra Box, the users can find out the videos, movies or any programs through the search bar (Chapree 2020). The users can also control the progress of the video according to their own mind such as restart the video, pause, skip, fast forward and rewind the video by using the remote control.

Astro was able to use its strong and wide propaganda tactics and the promotion channel to promote the Ultra Box such as post the information of the Ultra Box through the Astro website, social media such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Besides, the implementation of a new product introduction campaign will also be a kind of method to introduce the Ultra Box. A Beta testing program will also be conducted before the release of the Ultra Box (Alexander Wong). The trial members can try out the Ultra Box before it released, they can help Astro to promote the Ultra Box and also give suggestions to the project team for the improvement of the Ultra Box....
