1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. Reasons for choosing the topic In the trend of regionalization, economic globalization, competition in the market is becoming more and fiercer. Since then, it has created challenges for each enterprise, forcing them to face competition not only in the country but also in the international market. With the trend of shifting from price competition to product quality competition. Therefore, enterprises that want to survive must win in competition, which can only be achieved when the quality of the enterprise's products is increasingly improved. Only by ensuring and constantly improving the quality of products of the enterprise can they be trusted and reach out. Improving product quality is the most economic way, and also one of the most important strategies, ensuring a strong and sustainable development in the market for a long time. With the current trend of winning in competition by product quality, product quality management is of great importance to businesses. => For that reason, our group of 2 made this report to analyze the quality of Biotin & Collagen shampoo products. 1.2. Objectives of the study Evaluate the quality of Biotin & Collagen shampoo products to help people better understand this product such as: origin, ingredients, uses, advantages and disadvantages of the product.

2. QUALITY OF PRODUCTS 2.1. Introduction of Biotin & Collagen shampoo a) General introduction Biotin shampoo with full name is Thick and Full Biotin and Collagen Shampoo is a product of the famous OGX Beauty brand in the US imported to Vietnam.
