1. No, I don’t think my partner is correct because there can be more than one gun with the same caliber in the incident. Apart from the fact that revolvers don’t drop shell casings right after firing, which means that another gun would have had to been used for the crime scene. 2. The absence of gun powder residue means that the gun was not fired at a close distance otherwise there would be powder there. 3. The location of the bullet fragments tells me that when dr. Fisher was shot the bullet went through him and shattered the wall. 4. This might indicate that the gun could not have been for suicide since he wouldn’t be able to change the side it was on after his death. 5. Based on the evidence I've gathered from above I would say that his death was likely a homicide. I believe it to be a homicide because although both the bullets and the caliber were .38 the location of his chamber does not allow for it to happen. Another reason is there was no gun powder residue on the gun or Dr. Fisher himself which means it is highly unlikely for it to be suicide because if it were there would be residue left over. Therefore Dr. Fisher was Murdered....
