BASIC KICKS
Front kick “Ap chagi”
Raise the leg facing the front both arm on front of the chest for balance At the point of the knee high level, extend push the lower leg
explosively with power. Clip the toes so the ball of the foot will be the one to hit the target Return to ready stance position
45 kick “Dollyo chagi”
Raise the leg facing the front, knee to waist level both arm on front of
the chest for balance At the point of the knee high level, twist the standing leg outward and
extend swing the lower leg explosively with power inward. Point the toes and let the straighten instep hit the target Return to ready stance position
Side kick “Yeop chagi”
Raise the leg facing the, front knee to waist level both arm on front of
the chest for balance At the point of the knee high level, twist the standing leg inward while
the knee follows through and extend push the lower leg explosively with power Clip the toes and let the sole or the heel of the foot hit the target Return to ready stance position
Cooldown Perform the previous stretching exercises but do it a little loose and less stress to the joints for the purpose of letting your body system and circulation to go back to its normal state. Don’t forget to change your clothes and drink lots of fluid....
