Hairs found on one of the victims shirts lead to be part of OJ simpsons hair.

2.

a.

Give three examples of the mishandling of evidence by the LAPD in the O.J. Simpson case.

b. After each example, propose how investigators could have handled the situation better. The defence team of OJ simpson had suggested that a bloody sock had been planted into his ardrobe as evidence for the investigator team because prior to the photo unit video taping his estate, it was discovered by one of the forensics. Prior to ANY investigation the entire estate should've been videotaped and no investigation should've been made before it, this is where the team had flawed. -The defence team had suggested that a bloody glove has been planted by the police because of their wreckless and almost careless behaviour on the crime scene. As it was removed by the officers before moving the body and before being labelled and collected. -A photograph was taken of a police investgiator not using gloves and carry some physical evidence with blood spattered on it. The defence team considered this to be planted evidence. The investigators here should've been more careful and less reckless and preform actions in a more professional matter. However, most of these claims considered by the defence team deemed insignificant but they would ultimately affect the decision of the Jurors. No counts was helf against OJ simpson. The investifation team should've handled the situation better and had they had been no careful, Oj simpson would be sentenced with 3rd degree murder.
