Golden Gamers Target Market and Ideal Customer

Our product target market will be young people, teenagers, and students, people who love to play games. This is our main sales target, and all the products sold in our store are very fashionable and advanced. Game professional teams such as (League of Legends, CSGO, PUGB) Their teams can use our products, which is also a very good promotion. All products in our store can be sold online, and customers can purchase our products in all parts of the world. Pricing For pricing, our market strategy is mainly aimed at students and young people, so our price is to set the price of goods at a relatively low level, so that new products can quickly enter the market and gain the initiative in the market to obtain long-term level. other documents. We will also use the google document and Gmail to communicate with consumers and sellers. For the company's accounting record, we will develop it with QuickBooks. Pose machine will be installed for payment receiving. We require a stable internet connection in our store at all time, which indicate that we need to search for the best deal of internet for our business. As for our company aimed the students and casual gamers as our premier customers, we intend to offer them promotions through email. For customers who purchased customized products, we will keep in touch with them through text message and phone calls. We also have Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts for our company, on which we post new product pictures and promotions for potential customers to see.

Raw Materials and Supplies The business will need computer parts to build high performance machines to fulfill the customer needs and tools for repair PCs in the customer service. To run the store, it will be necessary also computers but cheaper ones with standard performance quality to register the sales and a perpetual system linked to the store inventory and website. The store will operate from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.

After a left turn, we will catch their attention with our best-selling products dazed on shelves, next to them are some latest games. They may come for accessories, which is on the right side of the store. The washroom is laid next to the accessories zone, hiding behind the shelves, but one can never hide its necessity. Walking out of the accessories zone, customers will come across with the amazing experience area, where we exhibit our finest combination of gamer PCs, mousses, keyboards and chairs for you to try. We even have a customizing counter for customers to chat with experts and built their desired PCs. On the other side of the store, we displayed more products on the shelves. Walking further to the end of the store, customers will find a counter for odds, includes drives, headphones and some limited-edition items. Take some time and have a look, you may be surprised. Finally, we are ready to pay. But, how about waiting for a second, would you mind checking out these small decorations? How about this keychain with a metal controller on it? It's your call. We hope you enjoy shopping at Golden Gamers. Outside the store, there will be dark green wall and golden doors, with our name of the company on the shop sign. characters. The store we have is not too big, just enough space for us to display what we have. While designing the floor plan, I try to create space for the customers to see and to experience more. Even if they just came for an HDMI cable, they still have to walk through the store and come across with something they may interest in. The experience zone is in the centre of the store so that when someone wants to check out some products, he or she may walk a similar distance. To create a counter for parts and accessories is to keep some valuable some products under protection, in the meantime, to give customers chances to consult and experience the product with our experts. While consumers waiting in line at the cashier, it's good timing showing off some by-products that consumers usually don't pay attention to, such as keychains. Online ordering is available right now. But shipping is not for free at this point. So, we recommend customers to pick up at the store, the product will be held for 7 business days after the customer received the "ready for pickup" email. Shipping is through Canada Post only; our shipping rate is following the rate provided by Canada Post. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to customers once the product has been shipped out.
