Guidelines 1)

Students should give their Register Number in Admission Number Tab.

1st year & 2nd year lateral who have not yet got Reg No, write (branch short name) / (CET no) eg: Civil/S0101, ECE/AG111 (Civil/Mech/EEE/ECE/CSE/ISE/Arch) 2) Student name should be same as per college records/ University marks card. Mismatch details will be rejected. 3)

Apply with same phone number as of fee receipt, if not then upload fee receipt with Principal Office seal on it (acknowledgement copy given post completion of admission).

Student should give their complete address in Address tab.

5)

2021-22 joiners, in Fee receipt upload both KEA/CSAB/PMSS allotment letter & Fees paid at college receipt.

6)

Upload proper and clear photo.

7)

Do not apply multiple times, until the previous Application is Rejected.

8)

If Rejected, read the reason carefully in Application status & rectify in consecutive application.

9)

For a student ONLY ONE APPLICATION WILL BE APPROVED automatically after details submitted are verified.

Guidelines to SC/ST students who claim Concession in BMTC Pass (others ignore): 1) Enter Caste Certificate properly as issued by GoK. 2) SC/ST should fill this form after applying since additional details are required for Approval. https://forms.gle/DCbTmsUKANZiNbW39 Upload documents as asked in form.
