Important information regarding your practical driving test If you are under 25 years of age and your practical driving test is for a car, you must have completed 100 hours of supervised driving experience. You must ensure that the documentation of this driving experience (logbook, declarations and supporting materials) has been lodged, assessed and passed prior to undertaking the test. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid. This documentation is only required if your learner licence was issued or renewed after 1 July 2007. If you successfully obtain a provisional licence, you must display P plates and abide by vehicle restrictions at all times - including your return journey from the testing centre. Failure to do so is an offence. Booking Confirmation Prior to your driving test you will need to complete a Driver Licence Application/Renewal form QF3000 You will need to print and complete a Driving Test Appointment Sheet QF3910 At least one of these forms must be signed by the registered operator of the vehicle being presented for the driving test, to authorise the examiner to use the vehicle during the test. You must bring both completed documents with you to your appointment. Please note that your appointment has been made 10 minutes prior to your service time (practical driving test) to enable document preparation and checking. Any changes to your appointment must be made at least two working days prior to your booking date. If you are feeling unwell before or on the day of your driving test, please consider rescheduling your booking.
