BRD205 Crime Through the Ages Exam Information Semester 2 2020 The exam This is an open-book exam. You will have 2 hours to complete the exam. Please check the exam timetable. This will tell you when your exam . becomes available and when it will close It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a . workable computer with sufficient charge to complete your exam The exam is two hours in length. An additional 20 minutes is allowed to account for potential technical difficulties. Murdoch University’s penalties for . plagiarism and collusion apply The quiz is set up in Moodle using the Middle quiz tool, so in the same way your midterm was set up. Submit the answers before due time or the quiz will close and submit automatically. The exam has ten questions in total. Questions 1-9 are short answer questions based on the materials we have covered in this course and question 10 is an essay question. Questions 1 - 7 are worth 2 marks each • . Question 8 and 9 are worth 3 marks each • Question 10 is an essay questions. There will be three essay questions • presented and you will be required to choose one of the three essay questions. This question is worth 20 grades. These are critical analysis essay questions taken from a range of issues we have discussed over the .semester Materials Examinable . All materials covered during the semester are examinable Time You will need to log in to Moodle at the time of the exam. I suggest logging on sometime before the exam. The exam is set up using Moodle quiz and therefore will be set up in a similar fashion to the mid semester quiz. The exam will be available only during the scheduled exam period. You will have two hours to complete the exam. If you have and EQAL plan, your time has . been adjusted accordingly Expectations The expectation for this exam is that you will answer these questions in your own words and will answer the questions concisely and directly. Do not copy and paste large amounts of your notes for the semester into the answer boxes. This is not acceptable, usually includes much superfluous information . and will not result in a good grade For question 10, the essay question, there is no word limitation.
