CSR Project Engage employees with Society through Volunteering Work. During Covid 19 Pandemic, the company should provide facilities to commoners with the help of this company's front-line workers by giving volunteering services to the hospitals and needy. These services should be provided voluntarily by co-workers without deduction in Pay-scale with extra perquisites. Additionally, non-expertise staff can take up research work with the registered NGO of their

3 choice, which works towards the environment and waste disposal, which helps the company get knowledge of disposable waste management. Also, it would allow them to maintain a sustainable society. CSR Explanation Creating a CSR project aims to support the high costs of its projects and help the community be prepared for the diseases affecting their health. Some of the benefits are awareness in Society, networking, attracting new customers, improving customer loyalty, increasing employee engagement. The likelihood to achieve this project is that volunteering with hospital workers will build networks; when employees make a difference, they will be proud of the company and work efficiently.
