Business Ethics in Germany Business ethics comes in the form of professional conduct that examines ethical values and ethical problems that arise in any business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and the behavior of everyone within the organization. Germany is known to be a leader when it comes to high ethical and professional standards in the global corporate world. It has used many bribery and corruption policies, laws and regulatory guidelines to reduce the breach of ethical standards to avoid any unethical behavior.
