Key Objectives and Success Matrix Objectives We Plan to Achieve in a Given Time Frame 1 Contact the Barangay officials and conduct a survey on each barangay to determine the number of children that are malnourished in each barangay then provide immediate assistance to the barangay with the highest number of malnourished children in a week. 2 Be able to get the census of the worst Barangay in the remote areas in 1 week then provide the food provisions first then arrange a feeding program in 2 weeks after. 3 Be able to provide 3 Barangays in Remote areas feeding programs and food provisions in 2 Months with the Help of the Barangay Officials.
