Schedule Management Approach Scheduling Approach we planned the project schedule all actions will happen every month for example the construction needs a specific time to finish if don’t have any problem, that is the same other activities, electrical, buy the equipment’s. (Computers, Printers and etc), search and buy the furniture’s, organizations and last check if the result is the same was planned before. All this action we’re planning during 3 to 4 months, we think that is enough time to develop these activities with good results and if they have a problem than they have enough time to fix it or look other way.

Policy & Procedure We will adoption the Microsoft project to help us to schedule the team and co-worker’s, maybe during the project we can need more attention for some software deferent then we will search and add other tool. We will use the WBS and Gantt to provide more support when we start to management the plan.

Time Estimation Policy/Tools the team and other companies involve in this project had enough experiences before than we knew about the time necessary for done each activity, if the activity not to finish in the time was planned before, that will show us a problem with the team or the company was contracted to execute the service, any problem happen the team and companies involved will have a meeting to discuss what happens and solutions.

Schedule Control The schedule control will by the project manager, team and companies. The reports need to be every 2 weeks for the supervisors then they will report everything to the PM he will provide a realtor to the client and other parts. All reports since the PM will be deliver every week just to make sure everyone know about all happens in the project. Some reports will depend the level access, then some team don’t will have access to reports about budget, finance or something out their interest.

Schedule Changes and Thresholds If some change happens and the mist important the PM or team responsible can force to all team have meeting urgently because that information is very important for the project, but normally all the reports will be ever 2 weeks.

% Complete Rules  

0 ->100 - If the job is still running, the value will only be forwarded, thus ensuring job execution. half rule - These studies the opportunity to generate an initial benefit of a medium value and when the final occurs, the remainder would be sent, recommended for short- and medium-term projects. Interval Rule. The intervals can be set depending on the needs of each team or project characteristics, so their use in long term projects is more popular and more control and monitoring is required. The project manager should agree and document how “% complete” is to be determined, and document the rules here:

Assumptions and Constraints We think some activities a need we extend because we had problem with supplier or because the it Come wrong and need change, if some item come damaged, then activities can be extended but not much because it will affect other steps.

Risk Review We think if the time don’t were enough for all the activities, that will affect directly the budget and if it will huge can affect the project life. Second risk is possible the reports don’t come easier to the PM making the decisions in high level bad, it will affect negative in all decisions and probably will kill the project or will affect very heavy in budget.
